Anna Baksheeva
Anna Baksheeva, a Russian born violinist and violin teacher, enjoys living and working in Ottawa, Canada since 2010. Classically trained from age of 5, Anna holds Associate, BA and Masters Degrees in music (violin performance) from Russian,
American and Canadian universities. Anna studied violin with some of the best violin teachers like Anatoly Reznikovsky, Levon Ambartsumian, Vladimir Landsman and Yehonathan Berick at
University of Ottawa.
In Ottawa, Ms. Baksheeva has established her music career as a violin teacher, chamber music performer and a freelance violinist, as well as an owner of a small professional music group

Together with known Canadian guitarist Andrew Mah, Anna has performed over 1000 concerts and music engagements in various settings like chamber music series, recitals, weddings, receptions,
retirement home entertainment, house concerts, city of Ottawa events, funerals, festivals, and parties. Duo Pleiades is now one of the leading event duo in the Capital Region and has become
known for its musical excellence, wide variety of styles and professionalism.
In 2023, Anna and Ukrainian-born pianist Natalia Bibik-Chabukiani started their musical collaboration and created Bibik Duo - a professional classical duet and later, Music Dialogues Academy, a
music school for violin and piano students. Bibik Duo has performed numerous concerts and participated in chamber music series around Ottawa and beyond.

Natalia Bibik-Chabukiani
Natalia Bibik-Chabukiani was born into a musical family in Kharkiv, Ukraine to well-known Ukrainian Composer, Valentin Bibik. Beginning to play piano at the age of five, studying at the Kharkiv High Music School; a professional music school for kids of early age. She continued her education in piano solo performance at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory of N. Rimsky-Korsakov and attended The Academy of Music in Tel-Aviv and The Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto (now the Glenn Gould School of Music). As a child, she performed as a soloist in many concerts alongside orchestras in Ukraine, Russia and Europe, She also participated in masterclasses taught by renowned musicians and educators in Europe.
Natalia moved to Regina, SK. with her family in 2011 where she began her music career in North America. She began her teaching career at the Regina Conservatory of Performing Arts. She organized and played in many concerts in Regina , including The Shostakovich Festival. Natalia and her husband, Shalva Chabukiani, are founders and were active players in the Concertino Regina Music Ensemble. Since moving to Ottawa in 2018, Natalia has been playing chamber music all over Ottawa and Toronto with various musicians and groups. In 2022, she co-founded violin/piano ensemble ‘Bibik Duo’ with violinist Anna Baksheeva. Bibik Duo has participated in many concerts and music series' across Ottawa. Natalia has been privately teaching piano lessons at her home studio since 2018.

Administrative Assistant
Emilia Chabukiani
Emilia Chabukiani has over six years of administrative experience. Having begun her administrative experience in 2018 as a Marketing Assistant at the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra office, she has gotten experience working in different arts organizations throughout the years. She became Bibik Duo's Admin Assistant in 2024. She graduated with an Honours BA degree in Theatre with a Minor in English from uOttawa in April 2025.
